Welcome to Aiko Chat. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operators of Aiko Chat ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Aiko Chat.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher, to use Aiko Chat.
You are responsible for the messages and content you send. You keep ownership of what you post; you grant us only the limited rights needed to transmit, store, and display your messages so we can deliver the service to you and the people you chat with.
You agree not to post, send, or share content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, spam, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, and not to impersonate any person or infringe anyone's rights. Abusive behaviour toward other users is prohibited.
Every message can be reported, and any user can be blocked, from within the app. Reporting a message flags it for review. Blocking a user immediately hides their content from you and prevents further contact between you.
We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behaviour and act on them within 24 hours — removing offending content and ejecting users who violate these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time from the app's Settings screen.
Your use of Aiko Chat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Please review it.
Aiko Chat is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms. Continued use of Aiko Chat after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Questions or concerns about these Terms, or reports of objectionable content that you cannot resolve in-app, can be sent to the support contact listed on the app's store page.
